There’s an awesome sun terrace to relax and unwind. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids. The only hiccup was the elevator being a bit slow, but it didn't ruin our fun. 😊

The jacuzzi suite provided an excellent retreat with its cozy upstairs and fireplace, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The indoor pool was a fantastic addition for some fun, and the on-site restaurant-bar grill offered great convenience. However, the nearby King Room was disappointing due to dirty floors that left socks blackened and a toilet that didn't function properly. The lack of proper maintenance and cleanliness overshadowed the enjoyable amenities.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions, making it great for families. Our room was spacious and clean, although it did lack windows, which is something to consider. On the downside, the parking was limited, and the breakfast options could be improved.

The room was decent but had its issues. The floors were really dirty—my socks turned black within minutes! The lighting was super dim. it was hard to read anything. The bathroom was okay, but the toilet didn't work well. I honestly wondered about their cleaning standards. Not impressed at all.

Location near attractions is perfect. The room had debris on the floor and an empty wine bottle behind the couch. Check-in staff were friendly. Beds felt hard, and some lights didn’t work.

The location is key for hitting up Dollywood and Ripley's Aquarium. Our suite was roomy, and we had a fun time in the outdoor seating area. Definitely recommend if you're looking for an easy stay with close attractions....  

This place suits me perfectly with free wifi, air conditioning, and a great indoor swimming pool. The staff even helped me return my forgotten earphones. I recommend it for a comfortable stay. I’m going back for another trip!...  

Location made it easy for exploring attractions in Pigeon Forge. The room had a good size with a great view from the balcony. The flat-screen TV was modern and worked well. However, the cleanliness was a major issue. Found dirt on the floors and some old stains on the sheets. The bathroom had mold in the corners, and the shower could use some repairs. I felt uncomfortable not using the pool, as it looked neglected and wasn't clean. The lack of hot water during my stay was frustrating, especially after a long day out. Housekeeping seemed rushed, leaving debris from previous guests. The furniture looked dated and should be updated for a better guest experience.
